Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for the use of individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional communications via the unsubscribe mechanisms provided in such communications.
  • Access and Correction: You may have the right to access or request corrections to your personal information by contacting us.
  • Deletion: You may have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Please note this may affect your ability to use our app.

International Transfers

If you’re located outside the United States, be advised that collected information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed within the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Beta Waitlist (linkmore.app landing pages)

  • What we collect: When you join the beta waitlist through the embedded Tally form on linkmore.app or linkmore.app/bilingual, we receive your email address and any answers you choose to submit (for example, which tools you use today and which topics you read).

  • Why: Solely to invite beta testers to upcoming TestFlight builds and to run pricing research for Linkmore Memory. We do not use waitlist data for anything else.

  • What we never do: Your email is never sold, shared with third parties for their marketing, or used for cross-site tracking. Tally acts only as our form processor.

  • Deletion anytime: Email linkmore.app@gmail.com and we will remove your waitlist entry.

  • Analytics: The landing pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not set tracking cookies. The landing pages also send cookieless, aggregate usage events (page views, scroll depth, and whether the waitlist form was opened or submitted) to our own first-party endpoint (/api/event) on Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine). These events carry no email and no persistent identifier, set no cookies, and are used only to measure which page versions work.

  • Legal basis & your control: We process your waitlist email on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing linkmore.app@gmail.com — we will delete your entry, and withdrawal does not affect processing already done. Linkmore is operated by an independent developer (the data controller), reachable at the same address; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We keep waitlist entries only for the duration of the beta and delete them once no longer needed.

Updates to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be communicated, and the most recent version can always be found on our website.
